Position: Specialty Coffee Barista
About: Maman, a French bakery, cafe, and lifestyle brand founded in 2014 by Elisa Marshall and Benjamin Sormonte, with locations across North America and Canada, offers a selection of delicious baked goods, including their famous nutty chocolate chip cookie, along with coffee, fresh breakfast, and lunch options. Maman also hosts events and has partnerships with leading brands. The founders released a cookbook in September 2021.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of barista experience; experience in third-wave coffee; front of house experience preferred; passion for hospitality and keeping up with industry trends; ability to provide top-notch customer experience; teamwork and adaptability; flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and special events; positive, collaborative, and efficient work attitude
