Responsibilities include assigning duties, ensuring necessary supplies, monitoring steward performance, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Qualifications include regular attendance and flexibility in working schedules based on business needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Back of house restaurant experience preferred; Neat and clean appearance
