Position: Specialist, Quality Control and Food Safety
About: Universal Orlando Resort, a leading entertainment destination, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure food quality standards and safety procedures are upheld by venue management and staff. This role involves conducting quality control audits, monitoring the HACCP Program, and maintaining high food safety standards at various locations within the resort.
Requirements: High school degree required; Technical School degree in Culinary Arts or related field required; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred; 3-5 years of previous experience in Food Sanitation or equivalent combination of education and experience
