Requirements: BA, BS or equivalent; 5+ years of conference services, concierge, food and beverage and/or event experience; Professional services or law firm experience a plus; Excellent organizational and project management skills; Strong problem-solving and customer service skills; Ability to de-escalate conflicts and negotiate effectively; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with event management software; Willingness to travel up to 15% for office or event venues
