Position: Specialist Corporate Groups Event Plans
About: Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Corporate Event Planner Specialist to join their International Marketing Planning US Team based in Miami. The role involves owning the seamless delivery and execution of all Corporate Meeting & Incentive Groups, collaborating with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboard execution, and maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling onboard packages.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred; or three to five years of related experience in event planning, sales, or customer service. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills, have a strong sales focus, be a creative thinker, manage multiple projects effectively, and provide outstanding customer service. Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in AS400, Affair ware, and Microsoft Office tools.
