Position: Specialist- Cook (Part-Time, Variable Hour)
About: Utah Valley University’s Wee Care Center is seeking a Specialist – Cook to prepare nutritious meals for children in a positive and lively work environment. This role involves following set menus, safe food preparation methods, and federal food program guidelines to ensure compliance with nutrition and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in food operations, safety procedures, and nutrition guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 1 year related experience preferred; Culinary Arts Degree a plus; All applicants must have a current Utah County Food Handlers Permit, complete CACFP trainings, and CPR training within 14 days of employment
