Requirements: Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in becoming a Registered Nurse; Long-term care/Rehab/Assisted Living experience preferred; Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of work; IV Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment; Current CPR/AED Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment; Ability to assess basic nursing care needs of geriatric residents; Excellent communication skills; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Critical thinking skills
