About: Bethesda Health is seeking an RN Care Specialist to oversee nursing neighborhoods and support the Director of Nursing, promoting collaboration among healthcare disciplines. Responsibilities include incident investigations, infection control programs, and ensuring quality resident care through staff evaluation and training.
Requirements: Graduate of accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent preferred; Current RN license in the state of work; Specialized training in infection prevention and control; 3-4 years of recent nursing experience with demonstrated administrative and supervisory competency; 1 year of management experience preferred; Communication, organization, and planning skills required; Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift heavy objects, assist residents, push and pull equipment, maintain manual dexterity and coordination, perform necessary documentation, and manage a diversity of activities.
