Position: Special Events & Reset Specialist
About: A company is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join their team as an Event Setup and Merchandising Associate. This role involves assisting in various event phases and ensuring the smooth setup and tear down of event products and equipment. The ideal candidate will display strong performance development skills, work well independently and with team members, and execute retail merchandising tasks effectively in a grocery/retail setting.
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company and personal vehicles with minimum liability insurance; strong execution skills and ability to meet deadlines; willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; excellent customer service focus, collaboration, and communication skills; physical ability to lift products up to 165lbs and engage in repetitive lifting tasks
