Position: Special Events & Premium Product Administrator
About: Azamara, a global premium cruise line, is looking for an innovative, detail-oriented, and organized Special Events & Premium Tours Administrator to join their team. The role is dedicated to the development, coordination, and seamless execution of special events and premium tours, focusing on delivering a world-class guest experience and providing exceptional support throughout the process.
Requirements: Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Experience: Minimum of 2 years in event operations, planning, or tour program development; Familiarity with Azamara’s tour management systems (MXP experience preferred); Strong understanding of international destinations and cultural nuances; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint/MS Teams, SmartSheet, PowerBI, and related tools; Exceptional communication, time management, and analytical skills; Proficiency in English (second language such as Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, or German preferred); Skilled in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; Upholds confidentiality and demonstrates sound judgment.
