Position: Special Events Manager
About: El Paso Live is seeking a motivated individual to work with the Director of Special Events & Sponsorship to coordinate and manage various special events, shows, festivals, and series under Destination El Paso.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred; at least two years of previous experience in event management; excellent written and verbal skills; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines; financial competence and ability to manage a budget; ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff; excellent communication skills; high level of energy and self-motivation; professional presentation and work ethic; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Photoshop and Illustrator design a plus
