Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution; strong project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; experience with donor cultivation and stewardship; proficient in managing volunteers and coordinating event logistics; familiarity with event budgeting and ROI analysis; knowledge of databases like Raiser’s Edge preferred; attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
