Position: Special Events Coordinator – Mandalay Bay

About: The Special Event Coordinator at MGM Resorts International is responsible for designing, selling, and producing special events for corporate, social, and in-house clients. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all events are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards, contributing to creating exceptional guest experiences and lasting memories.

Requirements: High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent; Nevada State Gaming Registration; Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays; Two (2) years of experience in Guest Experience or Event Planning; Ability to think creatively and voice ideas for process improvement; Excellent working knowledge of PC computer software programs; Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills; Ability to sit for long periods, withstand physical activities, and lift up to 20 lbs.
