Position: Special Events Coordinator
About: Provide support to Sales Representatives, Travel Partners, Group Leaders, Direct Guests, and various departments within the Company to ensure all meeting space and events are confirmed accurately. Communicate with ships for space requests and permissions.
Requirements: High school diploma; 1 year experience in a call center, event planning, or related travel industry; working knowledge of reservation systems and customer service experience in a call center environment preferred; familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers; willingness to travel occasionally
