Position: Special Events Coordinator
About: National Fitness Center, part of In-Shape Solutions, LLC d.b.a. In-Shape Family Fitness, is seeking a Special Events Coordinator to plan and implement programs and activities that promote health, fitness, wellness, and community engagement. The role will involve managing various events, leagues, and special annual activities to enhance the overall facility experience for members and the community.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; 1-2 years’ experience in health, fitness, recreation, child development, and/or club environment, or 2 years supervisory experience; above average/intermediate computer skills; strong service orientation; strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels; professionalism, cooperation, and ability to work well with all parties; occasional travel for company meetings; passion for the fitness/health/wellness industry
