Position: Special Events (Banquet) Food Server
About: The Reef, a premier waterfront dining and event destination in Long Beach, specializing in hosting memorable events from weddings to corporate gatherings, is seeking dedicated Banquet Servers to provide top-notch service. Requirements: Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is preferred; high school graduate / minimum 18 years of age; strong customer service skills with exceptional guest experience abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy trays or equipment
