Position: Special Events Assistant
About: Under the leadership of the Assistant Vice President, Administrative Services, the position serves as a resource for all university and non-university sponsored special events. The incumbent participates in the Event Services Office daily operations, which supports all campus events. Assist with event management for Event Services venues, including but not limited to university classrooms and outside space. Assist in the implementation and documentation of policies/procedures related to events that will help university constituents in scheduling, booking, delivering, billing, and calendaring for university events.
Requirements: Equivalent to three years of administrative support experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
