Position: Special Event Sales Manager – Sugar Land Space Cowboys
About: The Constellation Field is seeking a Special Events Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the special events department. This role involves event setups, tear downs, staff scheduling, vendor communication, client interactions, and ensuring the growth and service quality of the special events department.
Requirements: 2+ years of event operations or sports industry background; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of an external organization; collaborative working style; excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with active listening ability; strong work ethic with attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office tools; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of baseball events and Christmas lights setups; ability to manage part-time staff, associates, and third-party vendors for special events; able to handle physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
