Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field; meet all state teaching license and certification requirements; licensed or in the process of obtaining a special education credential; prior experience in curriculum development, instruction, and working with at-risk students; proficient in classroom management and working with students with diverse needs; strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills; knowledge of instructional technology and software; dedicated to motivating and supporting student growth
