About: The New Mexico Spaceport Authority was created to develop spaceport facilities in New Mexico, promote infrastructure development, attract new industries and businesses, and facilitate the education and training of the workforce for spaceport operations. The Spaceport Business and Tourism Coordinator position supports the growth and promotion of Spaceport America as a premier destination for aerospace events, public tours, and industry-related tourism.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; 4 years of experience in economic or community development programs; proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams; deep understanding of relevant legislation and policies; exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
