Position: Spa Receptionist (Part-Time) – Waldorf Astoria Orlando
About: Waldorf Astoria Orlando, a luxurious Forbes 4-Star property surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, offering 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining, is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join their team for a part-time role with flexible shifts.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays; experience in guest service is preferred; ability to accurately book, change, or cancel spa appointments, provide efficient guest service, sell retail, assist with laundry, tidy up locker rooms and lounge area, and upsell services to guests.
