Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proficiency in Property Management System; knowledge of spa treatments, policies, and amenities; ability to communicate effectively with guests; attention to detail in processing transactions; ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues under supervision; adherence to spa policies for maintaining a relaxing atmosphere; attendance at spa events and staff meetings; compliance with Kohler Company attendance policy, safety standards, and spa SOPs
