Position: Spa Receptionist
About: Four Seasons, a luxurious urban retreat located at the edge of Baltimore’s Harbor East, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Spa Receptionist to join their team. The Spa offers a range of luxurious amenities, from a five-star Spa to a rooftop pool, catering to guests seeking fabulous vacations, romantic getaways, and business stays.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred; excellent knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
