Position: Spa Receptionist
About: Boyd Gaming Corporation, a premier casino entertainment company in the United States, is seeking a Spa Concierge to join their team at the spa front desk, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. The Spa Concierge plays a vital role in booking appointments, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a professional spa environment.
Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends; must be 18 years of age; 2 years of college or equivalent experience; 1+ year of employment in a spa/salon environment; retail experience a plus; superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; ability to type at least 40 words per minute; excellent communication skills; polished and professional appearance; ability to work well in a team; preferred spa and computer knowledge; proficiency in English language; physically able to stand, bend, and walk for up to 10 hours, lift up to 20 pounds.
