Position: Spa Manager – MGM Grand Detroit

We are looking for a Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Spa, Fitness Center, and Retail Sales, creating exceptional guest experiences and delivering outstanding services tailored to each guest’s unique needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of spa treatment protocols, spa equipment and facility standards, spa product lines, service expectations, fitness equipment, appointment systems, and reception desk operations; strong strategic planning and project management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
