Position: Spa Host/Hostess- Part Time, $27.29/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa is seeking a responsible individual to join their team and provide exceptional service to Spa guests. This role involves greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and assisting with merchandise sales and stocking. The resort operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, offering a dynamic work environment for flexible individuals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail and/or sales experience helpful; basic mathematical skills necessary; must be at least 18 years of age; ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events; excellent communication, listening, and guest service skills; enthusiasm and outgoing personality; able to stand, lift, bend, twist, and kneel for extended periods; familiarity with spa products/services preferred; basic computer knowledge for reservations and point of sale systems preferred
