About: The Grand Sierra Resort Spa Department is looking for a talented Spa Host with previous spa experience to ensure a hospitable and efficient operation, providing exceptional guest service and maintaining the cleanliness of the spa. The role involves interacting with guests, sponsors, vendors, and management to deliver top-level customer service at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum 1 year of experience in spa operations preferred; exceptional oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills to effectively deal with various contacts; strong attention to detail and engaging presentation skills; ability to solve practical problems and manage time effectively
