Position: Spa Host
About: The Grand Sierra Resort Spa Department is seeking a talented and qualified individual to serve as a Spa Host. The applicant should have previous Spa experience. The Spa Host will ensure a hospitable, smooth, and efficient operation in person and on the phone, providing detailed tours, handing out amenities, and maintaining cleanliness. This role interacts with guests, sponsors, vendors, clients, and GSR Management.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum 1 year of experience in Spa operations preferred; exceptional oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; attention to detail; ability to effectively present information; problem-solving and organizational skills are a must.
