Position: Spa Guest AttendantLinen Runner
About: The Encore Boston Harbor Linen Runner Spa will be responsible for ongoing coordination within the Spa Department, supporting and assisting the spa staff to service the spa and maintain the cleanliness of all spa rooms and back of house by ensuring adequate linen par levels based on business demands. This position involves maintaining processes, scheduling, and supporting department team members to maximize opportunities for departmental success while upholding Encore Standards and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
Requirements: High school or equivalent degree preferred; minimum of 1 year experience in a demanding high volume luxury spa or resort environment preferred; conversational English required; ability to compute basic mathematical calculations; ability to lift or maneuver at least thirty (30) pounds and stand/walk frequently
