Position: Sous Chef – UMMC
About: Aramark is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the passionate Food Services Team at The University of Mississippi Medical Center. The Sous Chef will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and ensure the safety and quality of food production in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions; complete a sanitation course before or during the first year; knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program; ability to perform basic arithmetic; maintain emotional control under stress; resolve interpersonal situations; strong organizational skills
