Position: Sous Chef- Toucan Charlie’s Gourmet Buffet
About: Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented individual to participate in the development of menus and specifications, uphold all policies and procedures set forth by the Executive Chef, plan and direct all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning projects, and ensure compliance with food purchase specifications and recipes in their restaurant establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a culinary role preferred
