Position: Sous Chef – Retail & Concessions – Anaheim Convention Center
About: Aramark, a leading provider of food, facilities, and retail services, is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to oversee retail and concessions operations at the Anaheim Convention Center. This role requires strong leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, focusing on menu specials, grab-and-go offerings, inventory management, and maintaining top-tier food quality alongside the front-of-house retail team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume setting; strong understanding of concessions, retail food operations, and grab-and-go production; excellent organizational and leadership skills with multitasking ability; expertise in inventory management, ordering, and cost control; creative and passionate about food innovation; ServSafe certification preferred; ability to work event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
