Position: SOUS CHEF – PASTRY

About: Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee food preparation in an assigned food outlet, ensuring top-notch quality and guest satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with front-of-the-house staff to achieve the casino’s food service objectives.

Requirements: Minimum of 8 years progressive food preparation experience OR completion of a culinary arts degree/accredited apprenticeship with 4 years progressive food preparation experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
