Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED; minimum of 3 years in a similar position in an upscale banquet, hotel, or convention center with prior supervisory experience; state-issued Health Certificate and immunizations required; technical proficiency in food preparation methods; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and develop staff; detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a changing environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours; physical stamina for standing and lifting; Serve Safe certified; proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook; ability to supervise, coach, and train employees; excellent customer service skills; knowledge of health and safety regulations; mathematical skills; awareness of cooking processes; ability to multitask and maintain concentration.
