Position: Sous Chef – Overland Park Convention Center

Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; at least 3 years of related experience in a management role required; pastry or dessert experience preferred; previous experience in special events, hospitality, or catering required; advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices required; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. required
