Position: Sous Chef, Operations
About: The company is seeking motivated individuals to assist in preparing meals for airline customers. The Sous Chef Operations will report to the Executive Sous Chef or the Executive Chef and provide culinary expertise, leadership, and ensure food safety and quality. The role involves driving food production efforts, collaborating with Food Supervisors, and adhering to safety regulations and coding systems.
Requirements: Associates degree in the Culinary Arts or a Culinary Arts certification preferred; Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Chef and/or Sous Chef required; Minimum 7 years of experience as a cook required; Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume food production environment preferred; In-flight catering experience or experience in a high-volume food service environment preferred
