Position: Sous Chef, Operations
About: We are a leading airline catering company, looking for a motivated and engaged Sous Chef, Operations to assist in designing and preparing meals for airline customers. The role involves providing culinary expertise, promoting quality food services, and ensuring food safety and sanitation requirements are met.
Requirements: Associates degree in the Culinary Arts or a Culinary Arts certification preferred; Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Chef and/or Sous Chef required; Minimum 7 years of experience as a cook required; Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume food production environment preferred; In-flight catering experience or experience in a high-volume food service environment preferred.
