Position: Sous Chef/Line Cook – FID
About: The Fairfield Inn Dedham, part of Giri Hotel Management LLC, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sous Chef/Line Cook. This position offers full-time hours and presents an opportunity to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic culinary environment. Knowledge of Haitian cuisine is a plus.
