Requirements: Candidate is required to have at least 2 years of previous culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service Four Diamond Kitchen; must have proven culinary skills and the ability to lead, develop, and motivate staff; excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and preferably bilingual in Spanish; creativity in line with new concepts and food trends; banquet experience required; computer literacy and attention to detail a must; basic mathematical skills for financial reports; flexibility to work weekends and holidays; college education and/or culinary degree preferred
