Position: Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager

As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in assisting the head chef in menu development, leading the culinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements: Previous experience as a sous chef or in a similar culinary leadership role in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen is preferred; exceptional culinary skills, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and proficiency in various cooking techniques; strong leadership and organizational abilities, effectively managing and motivating a team; ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and attention to detail during peak periods; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance at all times; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our industry operates during peak times
