Requirements: Requires at least 2-3 years in a related culinary position; Requires at least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree; Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; Experiential knowledge of managing people and/or problems; Strong verbal, reading, and written communication skills
