Position: Sous Chef job
About: dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Sous Chef to join their Inwood team supporting JFK Airport. dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers, ensuring smooth operations in 127 airports across six continents for over 300 airline customers worldwide.
Requirements: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in culinary field or equivalent experience; knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances, HACCP, sanitation standards; ability to supervise and manage employees, perform basic math functions, work extended hours productively, and use computer software programs like Microsoft Word and Excel; valid food handler’s certificate; minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef, in a kitchen environment, and in a supervisory role.
