Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen; Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred; Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards; Excellent leadership and communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; Passion for healthy cooking and sustainable ingredients
