Position: Sous Chef job
About: Cote Korean Steakhouse, located in the Miami Design District, is a blend of Korean Barbeque and classic American Steakhouse dining experience. Known for serving the highest quality USDA Prime beef, a 1200+ label wine list, and creative cocktails, Cote is dedicated to exceptional hospitality and service for its customers.
Requirements: Must have the ability to read, speak, understand, follow written directions, and verbal instructions in English; Must be reachable by email and phone; Communicates information effectively and efficiently; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Possesses a positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality; Ability to perform job duties well under pressure; Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and local Department of Health standards; Able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays; Familiarity with restaurant management software, human resource principles, and culinary skills preferred; Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or similar field preferred.
