The Brewery/Taproom offers a wide range of beer, wine, cider, and specialty spirits alongside FoodWorks, the full-service kitchen featuring artisanal, house-made pub favorites and dry-aged proteins.
Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting; Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and FoodWorks employees, and guests; Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation; Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality and are prepared to serve in a timely manner.
