Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D; prior restaurant BOH food preparation experience; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule availability including weekends, nights, and holidays; advanced knowledge of kitchen stations and roles, food preparation, and cooking methods; attention to detail; collaboration and teamwork; effective communication skills; decision-making abilities; financial acumen; inclusive excellence; inspirational leadership; problem-solving skills; completion of restaurant training program
