Position: Sous Chef job
About: We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help enhance the culinary experience for airline customers. The Sous Chef, Operations will report to the Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef and assist in meal preparation. The role involves providing culinary expertise, ensuring food safety, and leading the food production effort in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: Associates degree in Culinary Arts or certification; 1-3 years of Chef or Sous Chef experience; 7 years of cooking experience; Supervisory experience in a high-volume food production setting preferred; In-flight catering experience a plus
