Requirements: Minimum of three years of culinary/kitchen management experience in a high-volume foodservice operation; Comprehensive knowledge of food and passion for culinary excellence; Understanding of quality product, visual presentation, production efficiency, safety, sanitation, and food cost controls; Proficiency in kitchen service systems and processes; Excellent communication and organizational skills; High school education or equivalent
