Position: Sous Chef job
About: Mani Osteria & Bar is a locally owned Italian restaurant known for its wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and commitment to genuine hospitality. We’re expanding our private event department with the launch of Mani Next Door, a dedicated event space designed to host large parties, celebrations, and gatherings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff; proficiency in inventory management and cost control; knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
