Position: Sous Chef job
About: HMSHost is offering a career opportunity for a Sous Chef position, assisting in overseeing a kitchen with complex operations and managing food production processes. This role reports to the Restaurant Chef and involves participation in food preparation, supervision of kitchen staff, and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; 3 to 5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; certification in Serve Safe Management course; team management, delegation, coaching skills, and ability to motivate others; organization and multi-project management skills; strong communication and comprehension abilities
